This newly furnished holiday home offers a total of four double bedrooms—two of which have direct access to a balcony overlooking the valley and the sea. Renovated in 2022, there are also two bathrooms—one with a shower and the other with a bathtub—as well as two separate WCs. The three bedrooms and the living/dining area with kitchen are located on the first floor, but there is a second living area with bathroom, kitchen, and bedroom on the lower floor as a separate entity.

There are further amenities on the upper floor, such as the spacious living room with a large flat-screen TV with international TV channels and a small Bose box for your musical entertainment. There is a fully equipped kitchen with all mod cons next to the living and dining area, from where you can also directly access the terraces. This is only accessible via an external staircase.

To relax outside, there is a 5 x 10 m pool and sun terrace(s) with sun loungers. Car parking spaces are available in front of the house.
