The building offers on-site massage services, a hairdresser is located directly across the street, and cozy cafés are just around the corner. Downstairs, you’ll find my bar, which is open from Thursday to Saturday.

This apartment is perfectly situated in the heart of Moosburg, making it a great starting point for exploring Munich (35 minutes by train), the Lower Bavarian capital, Landshut (10 minutes by train), or simply discovering Moosburg and its surroundings.

For day trips, destinations like Regensburg, Deggendorf, Passau, the Alps, or the Bavarian Forest are all within 1-2 hours by car.
