The 120 m² property consists of a living room, a kitchen, 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 10 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a TV, air conditioning as well as a washing machine. This accommodation features a private outdoor area with a garden, open terrace, two covered terraces, and an outdoor shower.

The villa is ideally situated with convenient access to nearby attractions. To the west, there is the charming town of Cala Sarraina and the scenic Costa Paradiso, while to the east are the beautiful beaches of Naracu Nieddu and Vignola Mare, complete with bars and restaurants. Guests can reach two sea access points within 150 m and a beach just 400 m away. An indoor mini-market operates during the season until 8 pm.
