The price includes gas, water, electricity, Wi-Fi, and parking.

Not included and payable on site: Security deposit €300, final cleaning €70, bed linen for double bed €18/set, for single bed €14/set, towel set €8/person/change (requires ordering), baby cot/high chair (on request) €20/week, tourist tax €1/person/day (free for children aged 0-18). No pets allowed. Credit cards not accepted.

The holiday complex is located near the marina, and the nearest beach is 150 meters away. Restaurants and shops are in the immediate vicinity.

The residence consists of 49 apartments spread across three floors of the building. Guests have access to a garage (free of charge), a small swimming pool (8 x 4 m, up to 120 cm deep), open from April to September, and an elevator.

Solenzara is a small village on the south coast of Corsica.

It's ideal for those who want to spend a holiday on the beautiful surrounding beaches, as well as for those who love nature and the mountains and want to visit waterfalls, natural pools, gorges, and small villages perched on the hills.

Distances: Restaurants, shops, and a coin-operated washing machine are in the immediate vicinity. Portovecchio is 35 km away, Bastia 100 km.
