This spacious 137 m² Génépi apartment, located on the ground floor of a chalet, is nestled in the heart of the world’s largest ski area. Close to renowned restaurants, various shops and three sports complexes, it combines comfort and convenience. The living area offers a 29 m² lounge, a 9 m² open kitchen, and a wellness space with sinks, shower, WC and sauna. A sunny 15 m² southwest-facing terrace invites you to relax.



Upstairs, four large bedrooms each have a private bathroom (sinks, shower, WC), providing a peaceful retreat. Two bedrooms have a 160 cm double bed, while the other two have three 90 cm single beds. Two bedrooms open onto a southwest-facing balcony (5 m² and 7 m²).



The apartment is equipped with a TV, dishwasher, cooktop, oven, microwave, and electric central heating (heated floor on the ground floor, convectors elsewhere). There is also a wood stove (wood provided).



An 18 m² garage is available for ski equipment, and a utility room with washing machine, dryer, and heated towel rails completes the amenities. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout.
