The 20 m² property features a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms (one convertible into a small living room), and a private bathroom, accommodating up to 4 guests. Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a fan, and air conditioning in both bedrooms.



Outside, enjoy a private year-round pool, an open terrace, and a covered terrace—perfect for relaxing. The property is divided into two separate areas, each with its own entrance, kitchen, bathroom, and private space. A shared garden is also available for morning relaxation.



There are two parking spaces on the property. Smoking is not allowed inside the bedrooms, and events that may cause nighttime noise are prohibited. Homemade products are offered. Guidelines are in place to help you sort waste correctly, with further information provided onsite. Water- and energy-saving devices are installed throughout the property.
