Malinska. The holiday home is located on a 150 sqm enclosed garden plot with flowers and shrubs, bordered by a hedge. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 1 car) on the property.

Pool
All pools are available for your exclusive use. Outdoor pool (operational from early April to early November, 3 m x 8 m, 1.5 m deep).

1st floor: 2 bedrooms each (12 sqm) with 1 double bed (king-size), TV and access to the balcony. Bathroom (7 sqm) with bathtub, 1 washbasin and WC.
