The holiday apartment is situated in the basement of the house and accommodates up to four adults and one small child – ideal for a small family or friends who want to enjoy the peace and beauty of nature together. The spacious bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed and also offers space for a travel cot, so even the youngest guests can sleep comfortably. In the living room, you will find a pull-out daybed that provides additional sleeping space for guests, as well as an inviting atmosphere for relaxation. The well-equipped kitchen with dining area invites you to cook, eat, and spend cozy evenings together.



An idyllic and fenced garden with seating area and barbecue is at your disposal – perfect for relaxing hours outdoors. Please note that the outdoor area is not yet completely finished, but it still invites you to enjoy the fresh air and nature. Access to the apartment is currently through the host's garage.



There are two friendly, free-roaming dogs on the property, and children also live in the host's house, creating a lively and welcoming atmosphere. Enjoy a relaxing stay in this dog-friendly environment and experience the tranquility of nature, the immediate proximity to Lake Constance, and the great location – ideal for nature lovers, families, and all who are looking for an unforgettable break in a beautiful setting.
