With mountain views, Villa La Solfa in Les Preses impresses guests with its fantastic panoramas. The 350 m² property consists of a living room, kitchen, 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, plus an additional toilet, so it can comfortably accommodate 10 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), television, air conditioning and a washing machine. A cot and high chair are also provided for the little ones. This villa features a private pool, garden, terrace, balcony, barbecue and outdoor shower.



There is one parking space available on the property and another in a garage. Pets, smoking and events are not allowed. Only guests included in the reservation may stay; if house rules are violated, authorities may be contacted. If the property is not left in good condition, the owner may withhold part or all of the deposit.
