Conveniently located near shops, a bike path, and a bus stop, the house is just 1.9 km from Sables d’Or beach and the coastline. It’s a 15-minute drive to both Bayonne and Biarritz, and bike rentals are available at the local tourist office.







The two-story house includes an inviting entrance, a cozy living room with a fireplace, a dining room, a terrace, a fully equipped kitchen, a laundry room, five bedrooms, two bathrooms, and two separate toilets.







On the ground floor, there is one double bedroom with a 140 cm bed. Upstairs, you’ll find a spacious double bedroom with a balcony, an en-suite bathroom, and a 180 cm bed. Another double bedroom features dual balconies, direct access to the main shower room, and a 140 cm bed. A third double bedroom, also with a balcony and direct access to the main shower room, has a 160 cm bed. Additionally, there is a children’s bedroom with two bunk beds, providing four 90 cm sleeping spaces. All double bedrooms can accommodate a baby cot.







The kitchen is fully equipped with a five-burner gas stove, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, and a refrigerator. The laundry room includes a washing machine and a dryer.







The property offers parking space for two to three cars within the garden, a Weber barbecue for outdoor cooking, and high-speed fiber-optic Wi-Fi. A cleaning service is available at the end of your stay for an additional fee.
