The 55 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a well-equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom, and can accommodate up to 4 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace for home office, smart TV with streaming services, fan, and washing machine. The accommodation does not have air conditioning. The holiday home offers a private open terrace, ideal for relaxing in the evening.



You have access to a private garden via an external staircase, equipped with sun loungers and a gazebo with a table. The location is convenient between Arona and Stresa, only 6 km from the Borromean Islands. The Mottarone ski slopes can be reached in about 20 minutes by car. The public beach with lounge bar and the train station are only 200 metres away. Free on-street parking is available.
