The 160 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 9 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace for home office, a TV, air conditioning, a fan, a washing machine as well as children's books and toys. The outdoor areas of Houses I and II, including the barbecue, parking, and pool, are shared, and House III can access them upon request. House IV has a private pool, which can also be accessed by Houses III and V for large group bookings that include House IV. The property is located near popular attractions such as the Puy du Fou theme park, the Church of Santa María de Melque, the Castle of San Martín de Montalbán, Cabañeros National Park, Barrancas de Burujón, and the city of Toledo. Public transport connections are within walking distance of the rural house. Parking is free, and children under 3 years old are excluded from the reservation (crib available for an extra fee). Pets and events are not allowed. Check-in starts at 14:00 and check-out is until 12:00, with extra hours available on request.
