The living room is equipped with a sofa bed, dining table, chest of drawers and smart TV. The fully equipped kitchenette has an oven, four-burner stove, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and fridge-freezer (installed: April 2025). The bedroom offers a cozy double bed, a large wardrobe, a sofa bed and a CD player. A separate second bedroom for another person is equipped with a wardrobe and washbasin. The new, spacious bathroom features a shower/toilet, washbasin, hairdryer and heated towel rail. Each, the bedroom and living room, has a balcony with panoramic mountain views (south and east balcony) towards Nebelhorn and Söllereck. Free parking directly at the house. Free Wi-Fi. The family-friendly Söllereckbahn hiking and ski area is just a 10-minute walk away. A hiking trail to Tiefenbach and the Breitachklamm starts right at the house. The nearest bus stop is 10 minutes away, with buses every 15 minutes to Oberstdorf or Walsertal. By car, you can reach the nearest supermarket in Oberstdorf in about 3 minutes.
