Other things to note:



One pet is allowed for an extra fee. Smoking and events are not permitted. The property offers convenient self check-in. Access to the house is via a fairly narrow side street, leading to your private parking space. To enter the apartment, you’ll climb external stairs (about fifteen steps) to reach the balcony on the first floor. The stairs do not have a stairlift. The neighborhood is quiet and the area very peaceful.
