The well-furnished apartment “Ferienwohnung Hempel”, with views of the lake and the mountains, is situated on an orchard farm outside of Kressbronn, only a short drive from Lake Constance. The 98 m² apartment on the first floor consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms (one with one double bed, one with a single bed and one with 2 single beds) as well as one bathroom and a half-bath and can therefore accommodate a maximum of 5 people.

Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a washing machine, cable television, a baby cot and a highchair. You can start the day with coffee on the balcony, from which you can see the lake and the mountains in the background. The spacious outdoor area is shared with the homeowners and boasts deck chairs for you to relax, a playground for children, as well as table tennis for fun afternoons. In the evenings, you can unwind with a glass of wine and tasty dinners from the barbecue.



From the apartment, you can find a bakery after a 15-minute walk (1.2 km) and supermarkets, shops and cafés, as well as the train station and restaurants are located in the centre of Kressbronn, which is a 3-minute drive (1.8 km) away. The nearest beach, Strandbad Kressbronn, is a 9-minute drive (3.5 km) from the apartment, where you can swim in the clear blue water in the midst of a fantastic lake and mountain panorama. The ferry terminal is a 7-minute drive (2.8 km) from the property, and you can get to the pretty town of Friedrichshafen in 17 minutes by car (13 km) or 10 minutes by train. The island Lindau with its charming old town centre can be visited after a 20-minute drive (12.5 km), and Bregenz is located a 30-minute drive (29 km) across the Austrian border. The beautiful Lake Constance region offers plenty of opportunities for hiking and cycling, and in winter, you can also go skiing only a 25-minute drive (25.5 km) away.
