In the sleeping area you will find a comfortable double bed, ideal for a peaceful and restful sleep. The ground floor location makes the room easily accessible to everyone, ensuring practicality and comfort. The private bathroom, also designed for use by people with disabilities, offers privacy and all necessary amenities, such as an accessible shower or suitable bathtub. In front of the room there is a gazebo that provides a dedicated outdoor space, perfect for relaxing, reading, or enjoying breakfast surrounded by the tranquillity of the environment.

The shared outdoor area features a pool, garden, open terrace, playground, and outdoor shower. A tennis court is a 15-minute walk away. Nearby, you can explore the Amalfi Coast, Salerno, Paestum, Agropoli, and various hiking trails. The property offers ample parking. Up to 3 pets are allowed. Smoking is not permitted. Parties and events can be organized. Homemade or locally grown products are available. Holiday lunches and dinners are offered for an extra charge.
