Welcome to our charming studio apartment in the heart of Novigrad in Istria! This comfortable apartment is spread over two floors and can accommodate up to 3 people, ideal for a relaxing vacation on the Adriatic. On the first floor there is a spacious living room with a comfortable sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen with dining area and a modern bathroom, offering everything you need for a comfortable stay. On the second floor there is a cozy bedroom with a double bed, which guarantees a peaceful and restful sleep after an exciting day of exploring.
The kitchen is equipped with a gas hob, oven, fridge and coffee machine and has everything you need to prepare delicious meals.
There is also a lovely terrace with table, chairs and barbecue, ideal for relaxing evenings with delicious food and socializing outdoors. Other amenities such as satellite TV, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, bed linen and towels are at your disposal and ensure a pleasant and carefree stay in our apartment.
It is 600 meters from the property to the beach and 1.2 km to the center. The nearest grocery store is 300 meters from the vacation property. The surrounding restaurant can be reached in 50 meters.
