Welcome to our beautiful, modern house with sea view in the heart of Novigrad, Istria! This spacious house offers comfortable accommodation for up to 6 people and is an ideal base for exploring the beauties of Novigrad and the surrounding area.
The house is within walking distance of beautiful beaches and the old town and offers easy access to local attractions and activities. Enjoy the proximity to the Adriatic Sea and the charming restaurants and stores of this colorful Istrian town.
The house is spread over two floors and two large terraces offer magnificent views of the sea and the surrounding area. On the roof terrace with seating you can enjoy the sunsets and the panoramic view of the marina and the old town, while the terrace on the first floor with garden furniture, barbecue and sink is ideal for relaxed barbecues and social gatherings.
On the first floor there is a modern equipped kitchen with dining area, a spacious living room with sofa bed for 2 people, a bathroom and a laundry room. On the second floor there are two cozy bedrooms with a double bed and another bathroom.
The kitchen is equipped with an electric hob, oven, fridge, microwave and coffee machine and has everything you need for cooking.
