Private vacation home

The holiday home is located in the quiet district of Cimizin, just a 10-minute walk from Pical beach and approx. 900 m from the old town of Porec. The house has been renovated and is situated on a 250 m2 plot with a beautiful garden. The garden with barbecue and garden furniture is for private use.
The holiday home Carla offers space for 2-3 people and has a living space of 125m2 on two floors. On the ground floor of the house there is a fully equipped kitchen, dining area and living room with access to the covered terrace with garden furniture and access to the garden as well as a bathroom with shower/WC. On the first floor there are 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and balcony with seating, a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with shower/WC in the hallway. Wireless internet and air conditioning are available and included in the price. The landlord lives in the upper part of the house with a separate entrance, but the garden and courtyard are for the exclusive use of the guests. Pets are welcome.
Youth groups are not permitted.
