The old town of Porec can be reached in just 30 minutes on foot along the coast. The house is situated on a plot with olive trees, flowers and a well-kept garden with a brick barbecue and garden furniture, all for shared use. A total of two holiday flats are rented out in the house, which will be completely renovated in 2022. This holiday flat for 4-5 people is located on the ground floor of the house on a living space of 46m2 and has 2 bedrooms, kitchen with dining table and satellite TV and bathroom with shower/WC. At the entrance there is a beautiful covered terrace with seating. Air conditioning and wireless internet are available.
