Outside, the centrepiece of the house is a beautiful swimming pool, a large terrace and a barbecue area. The pool area is equipped with 10 sun loungers and an outdoor shower. There are 2 free parking spaces in the grounds of the house. Further parking spaces are located behind the house on the street.
