This holiday home, built in 2019, is located in a quiet place called Smrika. The holiday home offers space for 6-8 people, a swimming pool and a magnificent view of the sea and the island of Krk. The 140 m2 holiday home is spread over 2 floors. On the ground floor there is a cosy living/dining room, the kitchen and a bathroom. The living area leads to the outdoor area. On the 1st floor there are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Two double bedrooms have access to the balcony with a fantastic view. The highlight of the outdoor area is the 44 m2 pool with stunning sea views. Sun loungers, outdoor shower, furnished and covered terrace with small summer kitchen and barbecue are available. The pool is in operation from 01.04. There is also a pool table, a dartboard and a table tennis table in the house. The car park is located on the property and is large enough for 3 vehicles, but is not fenced in.
