The 245 m2 living space of the villa is spread over 2 floors. On the ground floor with access to the terrace with whirlpool, there are 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. An internal staircase leads to the upper floor, which consists of a bedroom, a separate WC, a cosy living room and a very well-equipped kitchen with dining area. From here you have access to the pool area and the terrace with barbecue. A small stone house on the same plot is available as an extra. This space is designed as a living room and is ideal for spending quality time with your loved ones. All 4 bedrooms and the living room are equipped with air conditioning. The landlord will provide you with a boat free of charge and by arrangement you will receive a discount on water sports activities and jet ski hire at Novi Vinodolski beach (15.06. - 15.09.).
