Both the kitchen and the bedroom have access to the outside area. On the 1st floor there is a kitchen-cum-living room with access to the covered balcony, where there is a summer kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. On the 2nd floor there is a living area with access to the covered balcony with summer kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Outside there is a swimming pool with sun loungers, a terrace with garden furniture and a charcoal barbecue. The house is equipped with internet connection, air conditioning, washing machine, 2 dishwashers, iron, ironing board, hairdryer, electric barbecue on the balcony and satellite TV. The car park is located on the property behind the house.
