The house is located in a rural area in the suburb of Crikvenica called Tribalj. Tribalj is only 5 kilometres away from Crikvenica and thus spared from the daily hustle and bustle and traffic. There are beautiful hiking trails, cycle paths, green meadows, streams and a lake. However, those looking for more action will find it in nearby Crikvenica. The attractively designed outdoor area consists of a 35 m2 terrace adjoining the beautiful swimming pool. There is also another bathroom with a shower, toilet, washbasin and washing machine with a separate entrance. On the partially covered terrace there is a wooden barbecue and a table with benches for everyone. The landlord naturally provides sufficient wood for barbecues. The 20 m2 pool is heated with the help of a solar system. There is a swing and a trampoline for younger guests. For beautiful summer evenings, the outdoor area of the house is equipped with very pleasant lighting.

The landlord has a small organic chicken coop near the house. It is possible to buy fresh eggs from the landlord.
