Welcome to the enchanting holiday home Mart's Hüs II, your retreat in the heart of Westerland, the vibrant centerpiece of the beautiful island of Sylt. Mart's Hüs I and II offer more than just holiday accommodation – in every corner, in every detail, the connection to Sylt is reflected. Each part of the house is individually and personally designed, so that you feel at home from the very first moment.

Only a short walk of about 8 minutes separates you from the roaring sea and the endless sandy beach, inviting you to relaxed hours and refreshing sea breezes. But not only nature, also the urban hustle and bustle is at your feet. Countless shopping opportunities and restaurants are waiting to be discovered by you.

Step through the inviting entrance hall with a wardrobe and guest toilet, and enter the spacious living and dining room with an integrated kitchen and access to your own terrace, surrounded by a charming Friesenwall. These rooms are not only spacious but also equipped with upscale furnishings. A gas fireplace creates a soothing atmosphere in no time, a large LED smart TV, and tasteful furnishings complete the picture.

Natural stone floors and noble parquet characterize the interior. Upstairs, two cozy bedrooms await you with comfortable box spring beds and stylish built-in furniture. Cabinets with integrated mirrors give the rooms the finishing touch. A modern shower room with a washer-dryer is also part of the equipment. In the attic, there is another cozy sleeping area, spacious built-in wardrobes, and an additional shower room.

In summer, we provide you with garden furniture and a beach chair. A private parking space for your vehicle is ready, and for your bicycles, there is a garden shed where they are securely stored.

For your electric car, a charging station is available for a fee.
