The apartment "Turmkoje" is part of the exclusive new project "Wilhelm." The completed residential and commercial building in 2022 is located at the corner of Wilhelmstraße/Maybachstraße in the midst of the popular shopping district. In "Wilhelm," classical elements such as the restored tower dome blend with modern comfort.

On stylishly furnished 40 m2, the holiday apartment welcomes you to a relaxed stay on the island. The light-flooded living/sleeping area with an open kitchen conveys a sense of security and, at the same time, gives you plenty of space to breathe and feel good. The furnishings in warm maritime tones make you yearn for the sea – how beautiful that it is only a stone's throw away! Simply stroll around and stop by one of the diverse shops of the island's capital on your way.

Living and sleeping area
The spacious living/sleeping area offers you enough space for a relaxing time for two. In the modern, as-good-as-new kitchen with a filter and Nespresso coffee machine, you can prepare the occasional dish together and enjoy it in the cozy dining area in the tower of the building. Take a look at the hustle and bustle outside the floor-to-ceiling window and then switch to the comfortable sofa for a relaxed movie night in front of the flat-screen TV. After an eventful day on the island, it's time to retire to the bunk – in this case, a comfortable box spring bed in the brightly designed sleeping area. The large wall cabinets in the living area provide plenty of storage space for your stay on Sylt.
As an additional highlight, your domicile has an external lockable utility room for additional storage space. This is located in the hallway to your apartment and is exclusively available to you.

Bathroom
The modern bathroom, designed with high-quality elements, features a glazed shower with a rain showerhead, toilet, freestanding sink, and towel warmer. Perfect for refreshing yourself after a long beach walk and being ready for new experiences!

You can conveniently park your car in the on-site underground garage (max. clearance height 2.00 m, parking space height 1.65 m). You can store your bicycles in the lockable bicycle room. You can easily reach the apartment from the underground garage by elevator.
