Enjoy your next Sylt vacation at the holiday domicile Käpt’n Karl - tastefully, modern, and exclusively equipped in Scandinavian style, in a white-washed ensemble under thatch in the heart of Keitum.

The holiday domicile, renovated in 2021, offers ample space for up to six people on 124 m². On the ground floor, you'll find the cozy living area, fully equipped kitchen, and access to the garden with terrace and furniture, where you can savor the salty Sylt air. During the summer months, a beach chair is available on the terrace. The living area invites you with a comfortable sofa and armchair to sociable game nights or exciting movie enjoyment on the flat-screen TV. Relax in the rocking chair next to the enclosed design fireplace or start your day with a delicious breakfast with family and friends at the modern dining table. An extravagant dinner for your loved ones is also possible thanks to the highly modern kitchen equipped with an induction stove, oven, dishwasher, Nespresso and filter coffee machine, as well as a second refrigerator and a wine rack. Here, Italian design with glass fronts is combined with Miele brand appliances.

The master bedroom with a comfortable box spring bed, ample wardrobe space for your clothes, flat-screen TV, and a retreat for your personal home office is located on the upper floor, as well as the modern bathroom with a towel radiator, underfloor heating, and a full glass shower enclosure. In the cozy attic, two additional beds are available.

In the basement, another bedroom awaits you with a comfortable box spring bed for two people and a flat-screen TV, as well as a second bathroom, also with a towel radiator, underfloor heating, and a full glass shower enclosure.

Additionally, you can relax in your private sauna and leave the everyday stress behind.

Throughout the house, high-quality wooden floors are present, while the kitchen and entrance area are equipped with natural stone and underfloor heating for cozy warmth. Of course, your holiday domicile is equipped with a washing machine and dryer. You can conveniently park your car directly in front of the holiday domicile in your own parking space. Upon request, you can charge your electric car at the private charging station (only Tesla) for a fee of €20 per stay.

Enjoy a stroll through the adjacent Keitum meadows to the Wadden Sea or indulge in extensive horseback rides on the beach. Two horse farms (Grün- and Carolinenhof) are located in close proximity. Or treat yourself to a round of golf at Sylt's most exclusive golf course, the 18-hole GC Morsum, a course that was recently opened to the public.
