Villa Pasithea is a newly renovated seaside home located near the black sand beach of Monolithos. It offers 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a living room. Around the house, there are terraces where you can relax, unwind, or take a dip in the private pool. Sit back, enjoy the view of the Aegean Sea, and listen to the soothing sound of the waves.

The Space

Villa Pasithea is one of three homes situated on a large waterfront property. The house features 120 square meters of island living space with a beautiful outdoor area and a private pool. The surrounding terraces invite you to relax and fully embrace the peaceful atmosphere. Several tavernas are within walking distance along the beach. For those wishing to explore the island, we recommend renting a car.

Villa Pasithea is tucked away off the beaten path, yet remains conveniently close to all the attractions you might want to visit during your stay on Santorini. A few steps will take you to the wild pebble beach of Monolithos, and you’ll also find the island's only sandy beach nearby. Several tavernas are within close proximity.

We highly recommend renting a car during your stay. While there is a bus stop about 15 minutes’ walk away, the bus connections are not frequent.
