You can relax on your private balcony in the evenings.



The apartment is close to many cycling and hiking trails, shops, supermarkets, restaurants, public transport, an indoor pool, and a mini golf course. Chiemsee Lake is a 20-minute drive away, Salzburg is 45 minutes, Berchtesgaden and Königssee are 50 minutes, and Munich can be reached in about 1 hour and 15 minutes.



Parking is available on the property. Families with children are welcome. There is storage for motorcycles, bicycles, and ski equipment. Pets, smoking, and parties are not allowed. An EV charging station is available for an extra fee. Washing machine and dryer are available on request.



The property follows recycling guidelines and features energy- and water-saving facilities. Part of the electricity is generated by photovoltaic panels. Self check-in is available.
