The holiday apartment is located in an apartment building constructed in 2022, was renovated in 2022, and is furnished in a modern style typical of the region. The property is situated in a residential area, in the town centre. The residence is popular also due to its quiet and sunny location. The following are available for shared use: sunbathing lawn, parasol, sun lounger, children’s playground, climbing frame, garden shower, barbecue facilities, terrace, garden furniture, fire pit, and courtyard. Washing machine available for a fee.

Biograd na Moru. The holiday apartement is located on a 1000 sqm enclosed garden plot with meadow, flowers, shrubs and trees, bordered by a fence and a hedce. The landlord lives only occasionally in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. Access is directly from the main road (asphalted). Parking (for 4 cars) is available on the property.

Pool
All pools are available for shared use. Outdoor pool (in operation from early May to early November, 3.5 m x 8.5 m, 1.5 m deep).

The entrance to your holiday apartment is located on the ground floor, is covered and at ground level and leads over the 10 sqm terrace directly into the kitchen.
Ground floor: Kitchen in the kitchen-diner with TV, dining area (4 seats), electric stove, fridge, microwave, electric kettle and access to the terrace. Bathroom (6 sqm) with with shower facility, 1 washbasin and WC.
1st floor: Living room (20 sqm) with 1 additional bed on couch/sofa, sitting area, TV, dining area (4 seats) and access to the balcony. All windows and external doors are secured with fly screens. Bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 baby cot.
