Mobile home

The detached mobile home is functional and furnished in the typical local style. The property is located on a campsite. The residence is also popular because of the view from the property over the lake and its sunny location. The following are available for use: children's playground, terrace and garden furniture.


Holiday resort
Reception (safe), 2 restaurants, pizzeria, bar, café, internet (Wi-Fi) and launderette. The free Wi-Fi covers approximately 80% of the site. Reception is open from 8:00 to 22:00. The safe (free of charge) is located at reception (please note reception opening times). There is a barbecue area on site; barbecuing is only permitted there. The credit cards "Carta Si", "JCB" and "Maestro/EC" are also accepted. Daily visits by external persons are permitted from 8:00 to 21:00 for a fee and with prior registration of the guests for privacy reasons (cost €7.00 - €14.00/day/person).

Upon arrival, guests must register at reception and will receive an identification wristband.

If persons other than those stated on the voucher arrive, they must pay the daily rate for "additional persons", regardless of whether they arrive on the first day of the stay or later.


Location
Peschiera del Garda, district of San Benedetto. The mobile home is located on a campsite, on an enclosed property. Peace and well-being amidst nature, right on Lake Garda: the campsite is very close to the best parks in the area. It offers a variety of services to meet all needs (swimming pools, cooking school, entertainment & kids’ club), a large green area with a well-equipped playground (including on sand). Parking (for 1 car) on the property. It is not possible to park the car directly at the mobile home. Guests must park in the central car park of the campsite. One parking space is included per booking. Additional parking spaces are available for a fee.

Air conditioning. Cot and high chair. Television reception is via satellite.
For your safety, the accommodation is equipped with a CO2 detector and a fire extinguisher.


Pool
All pools are available for shared use. Outdoor pool (in operation from early April to early September, 15 m x 25 m). Children’s pool (10 m x 20 m). Swimming caps are mandatory at the pool. The pool is open from 10:00 to 19:00, and sun loungers and parasols are available for a fee. There is pool entertainment from 01 June to 31 August. A separate baby pool (10 x 20 m) is also available.


Leisure
In the complex: table tennis, bike rental and boat rental. Animation for children. Canoes and paddle boats can be hired on the premises for a fee. Boccia and football can also be played for a fee. There are 2 boccia courts, a football pitch and a basketball court at the resort. Beach volleyball can be played free of charge. These services must be booked directly on site on arrival. The children's entertainment programme is for children aged 4 to 14. It is open approximately from 01/06 to 30/08 daily from 10:00 to 12:30 and from 16:00 to 18:00.

Shopping 150 m, restaurant 15 m, town centre 1500 m. Railway station in Peschiera del Garda 3 km. Airport in Villafranca - Verona 20 km. In summer: Lake Garda 50 m in Peschiera del Garda (beach 50 m in Peschiera del Garda with pebbles).

The entrance to your mobile home is located on the ground floor and is covered. Living room with sitting area, TV, dining area (5 seats) and access to the terrace (garden furniture, 1 table, 5 chairs). Bedroom with 2 single beds. Bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 baby cot. Cooking nook in the living room with gas stove, extractor hood, fridge and coffee machine. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, WC and window.
