Located in Schottwien, Ferienhaus Kesper offers you a step-free interior and fantastic mountain views. The 106 m² house features a living room with a sofa bed for one, a kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a guest WC, comfortably accommodating up to six guests. Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace for home office, TV, and a fan. A baby cot is also available. Outside, enjoy a private garden, two open terraces, and a barbecue.



The house is just 300 m from a bus stop, with shops and restaurants nearby. The mountain regions Rax, Semmering, and Schneeberg are close by, offering excellent opportunities for outdoor activities. Vienna and Graz are about an hour away, and the area is ideal for cycling and hiking enthusiasts.



A minimum stay of three nights applies. Private parking is available on the property, and free street parking is also provided. Families with children are welcome. Pets, smoking, and events are not permitted. Please note that the outdoor and basement areas are not yet fully completed.



For longer stays, towels are changed every 3–4 days. There is no snow removal service.



The property includes a bunk bed (two guests below, one above). Waste separation guidelines are provided on site. The home uses energy-saving lighting, and part of the electricity comes from photovoltaic panels.
