Charming and comfortable holiday home (built in 2023), available for rent from May 1 to October 30, 2025. You’ll stay just 5 km from a supervised sandy beach and close to restaurants, a bakery, and a supermarket. Arrival is easy with free parking and a free shuttle that takes you to the beach every hour.



The house offers 64 m² of living space and a covered, furnished west-facing terrace (18 m²). There’s a master bedroom with a double bed (1.8 x 2.0 m) and terrace access, plus a children’s room with two single beds (0.9 x 2.0 m and 0.8 x 1.9 m) and a window to the terrace.



Enjoy a peaceful location by the dunes, just 300 m from key amenities: bakery, pizzeria, pharmacy, and doctor. Modern features include a heat pump for heating, air conditioning, and hot water, a modern kitchen, and a bright shower room. An open east-facing terrace (12 m²) is accessible from the kitchen.



The living room has a cozy sitting area, desk, and mainly German TV channels. Solid wood furniture from the Philippines and Vietnam adds an elegant touch.



The house is a great base for trips to Dax, Bayonne, Biarritz, Saint-Sébastien, and Lourdes.



Bed linen is provided and available for an extra charge. Pets, parties, and extra guests are not allowed. Maximum capacity: 3 people.



The owner’s parents live completely separately in the neighboring house and are happy to help with information or practical support.
