Comfortable spacious house, in a quiet area, located on the first floor of a semi-detached house, with lots of natural light, good ventilation and very pleasant temperature throughout the year.



In a privileged location less than 5 minutes walk from Playa Grande and the promenade where you will find a variety of restaurants, bars and the best stores in Puerto del Carmen.



It is ideal to spend a few days of vacation or rent for long term and telework, as it is located in a very quiet area and has high speed WiFi connection.



The house is recently renovated, the main room is a studio with double bed, the second room has 2 single beds. It has a double bathroom, large living area with comfortable sofas (TV with Disney +, Netflix, and international channels), fully equipped kitchen (large fridge, dishwasher, microwave, oven, hob, coffee maker ...) with breakfast bar, patio with laundry, and large terrace with solarium and barbecue plus 2 dining areas one in the shade and one in the sun.



You can use all areas of the house and terrace, being the access door from the street common with the apartment on the top floor.



Please take care and keep the house in the conditions in which you found it and inform us of any damage, breakdown or broken items so that they can be replaced as soon as possible.



It is a residential and quiet area so parties are not allowed.
