The 28 sq m property consists of a living/sleeping area, a well-equipped kitchen, and a bathroom, and can accommodate up to 2 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, TV, and air conditioning. The apartment features a private balcony for evening relaxation, as well as a shared garden for a peaceful and pleasant stay.



The property is located in a quiet area, 15 minutes on foot from the beach, the river, two bus stops (one with direct connection to the city center), a supermarket, and a restaurant. There is parking on the property, as well as additional free parking on the street.



Pets, smoking, and parties are not allowed. Please note that there is a small step at the entrance, so the accommodation may not be suitable for guests with reduced mobility or for wheelchair use. The accommodation offers homemade products. The eco tax is payable upon arrival.
