From the living area you have direct access to the covered outdoor terrace with ample seating, barbecue facilities and a spacious lawn.



The kitchen is very well equipped. In addition to the standard equipment (crockery, cutlery, various glasses), the equipment includes a fully automatic coffee machine, dishwasher, microwave, oven, fridge with freezer compartment, ceramic hob, toaster and kettle.



The three high-quality bedrooms each have a double bed, a wardrobe and infrared radiators. One bedroom is also equipped with an LED TV.



There are two high-quality bathrooms and an additional WC. These have two showers, a bathtub, washbasin, washing machine and heated mirrors,



Another highlight is the spa area. The infrared-heated room with sauna and 2 loungers allows you to relax completely.



There is also a room with a darts game and a table football table. There is also a sleeping area for the 7th person.



The games room and one bedroom have direct access to the large covered balcony area.
