The house is ideal for a couple, couples with children, or four family members or friends who don’t mind sharing a bathroom. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi with a dedicated workspace, TV, washing machine, and cleaning supplies, plus a pleasant terrace.

A maximum of 2 pets is allowed. Smoking and events are not permitted. The house’s construction features design and insulation materials that ensure a comfortable indoor temperature year-round, except for the wooden doors and windows, which are historic elements and cannot be modified.
