The flat, with its own porched entrance, equipped with outdoor furniture, is located on the first floor and is divided internally into two levels. It offers a loggia with a view of the greenery, which is furnished with a small table and chairs. On the ground floor there is an additional covered seating area with table and comfortable chairs and a large barbecue.

It offers A/C in some areas.



The pool (saltwater pool) is open from early May to late October. Opening periods may change depending on weather.

Shared laundry area (available at an additional cost).

An additional change of towels and bedlinen can be provided for an extra fee.

A covered outdoor area is equipped with a large wooden table and benches, a barbecue, and a pizza oven. The pool is open from early May to late October, with dates subject to weather conditions. Heating, use of the shared washing machine, additional changes of towels and bed linen, extra beds, and pets (maximum 1) are available for an extra fee.
