The 100 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a kitchen, 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with two singles), and 2 bathrooms, accommodating up to 6 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a smart TV with streaming services, air conditioning, a washing machine, as well as beach and pool towels. The apartment is family-friendly, with a baby cot available and a high chair available for an extra fee. The building is equipped with an elevator directly from the garage parking. Casa Jakalia offers a covered terrace, balcony, outdoor dining area, and a gas barbecue.



Guests can enjoy two safely fenced pools, gardens, a children's pool, and outdoor showers. The property is conveniently located close to the beach, just a 20-minute walk away. Free parking is available on the street, and a parking space is available in a garage. One well-behaved pet, up to 15 kg, is permitted, subject to an increased damage deposit payable locally and is not permitted on the furniture.
