Yucas Villa 13 is a 2-bedroom holiday home in El Salobre Golf Resort, featuring a private pool that can be heated for an extra fee, accommodating up to 4 guests. This comfortable, modern villa offers 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, ensuring a relaxing stay in the prestigious Salobre Golf Resort.



The villa is fully equipped with air conditioning, washing machine, dryer, a kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher, TV, and free Wi-Fi. The terrace is furnished and includes a barbecue.



Located in El Salobre Golf Resort, you have access to first-class golf facilities and can enjoy dining options and spa services at the neighboring Serenity hotel. A supermarket is located at the entrance of the complex.



Private parking is included. For stays over 9 nights, cleaning with linen and towel change is provided. A cot and high chair can be provided on request for children under 2. The property is in a residential area; parties or any activity disturbing neighbors are not allowed. Excess guests are prohibited. Smoking is not allowed inside, but is permitted on the terrace. Pets are welcome, available for an extra fee per night (max. 3 kg). Pool heating is available for an extra fee per night. Free access to Amadores Beach Club is included.
