This residence is located in Spadici, a district of Porec, just 250 metres from the beach and 1500 metres from the old town. The house offers a total of 5 holiday flats, 4 of which were completely renovated and modernly furnished in 2022. On the ground floor of the house there is a shared living room with a small kitchenette and seating area, WC, washing machine and tumble dryer. Each flat has its own parking space.
