This holiday home is a renovated stone house in the village of Dracevac, 8 km from Porec and the sea. It was built at the end of the 19th century and completely renovated in 2020 and equipped with modern and rustic furniture. It is located on a 250 m2 plot and offers its guests a jacuzzi, sun loungers, a large covered terrace with a seating set and a private car park for 2 vehicles. Guests also have access to a table tennis table and the landlord lives nearby.
The house can accommodate up to 8 people with a living space of 120 m2 on two floors. It consists of a spacious, air-conditioned living/dining room with access to the terrace and garden, a fully equipped kitchen and a WC on the ground floor. On the first floor there is a double bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with shower in the hallway, a twin bedroom with shower/WC and another double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower/WC.
