Our first floor flat is located just 30 metres from the beautiful sea and is ideal for relaxing and enjoying the beauty of the coast. Equipped for 2 to 4 people, it offers a comfortable double bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped with the essentials - everything you need to prepare simple, delicious meals. The bathroom is equipped with a shower cubicle and a toilet and provides refreshment after an eventful day in the neighbourhood. The terrace offers a beautiful view of the sea, where you can enjoy your morning coffee or the evening sunset. The flat is located in the old town and there is no parking space directly next to the house, a free parking space is available in the public car park within 1000 m of the flat. During the summer season, access to the old town by car is limited; it is only 15 minutes by car to the flat for loading and unloading luggage.
It is 30 metres from the property to the beach and 20 metres to the centre. The nearest grocery shop is 300 metres from the holiday property. The surrounding restaurant is 5 metres away.
