The accommodation features 3 rooms, including a cozy bedroom with parquet flooring, a living area with a sofa corner, armchairs, a TV with international cable (44-55 inches), and a dining area with a dining table and dresser. The kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, blender, and a comprehensive range of kitchen utensils, dishes, and cutlery. For added convenience, a shared washing machine and dryer are available.

The bathroom includes a shower, sink, mirror, hairdryer, and a separate guest toilet. Towels, bed linen, and soap are included.
