The apartment is particularly impressive thanks to its exceptional views – both of the surrounding mountains and the valley, encompassing the diverse landscape. You can relax and enjoy this magnificent scenery from the covered and partially enclosed balcony and the terrace. Additional comforts include modern electric heating, carefully selected flooring such as laminate in the living room and carpet in the bedrooms, and a complete renovation (most recently completed in 2015).
The fully equipped kitchen, open to the living room, offers everything you need to prepare your meals: In addition to a four-burner stove, refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee maker, kettle, microwave, toaster, dishes, and cutlery, kitchen utensils and tea towels are also provided. A bread roll delivery service is available during peak season.
Modern technology and media equipment provide entertainment and a variety of information: A large flat-screen TV (44-55 inches) with international and digital cable connection, free Wi-Fi, and a comfortable living area with a sofa await you. Wellness has also been considered: The house features a heated indoor pool and a private sauna, ideal for relaxing after sporting activities.
The bathroom offers comfort with a shower, sink, toilet, hairdryer, and a starter set of toiletries. Two additional guest toilets complete the sanitary facilities. Bed linen and towels are provided.
The property is child-friendly and allows one pet upon request (maximum one). However, groups of young people are not permitted. Two free private parking spaces are available directly at the property for your car.
The surrounding area offers a wide range of leisure activities: Thanks to its location in the mountains at an altitude of approximately 900 meters, cross-country skiing, downhill skiing, snowboarding, tobogganing, and ice skating are possible in the winter months, as are hiking, mountain biking, Nordic walking, paragliding, and birdwatching in the summer. The nearest ski lift, restaurants, and public transportation are within 700 meters, while supermarkets are about 7 km away and a lake is approximately 12 km away. Boat rentals, canoeing, fishing, horseback riding, and numerous wellness and fitness options also offer relaxation and variety. The region boasts tourist attractions such as botanical gardens, churches, museums, ruins, and shopping opportunities.
A doctor and a hospital are located nearby for medical emergencies. A bank and ATM are also easily accessible. For maximum flexibility, the use of a car is recommended.
