Haus Erika by FiS – Fun in Styria in Bad Mitterndorf is a detached, modernly renovated holiday home with a spacious living space of 100 m², situated on a 600 m² plot in a quiet, rural setting. Its location at approximately 800 meters above sea level in the popular Sonnenalm offers impressive views of the surrounding mountains, valleys, and nature of the Styrian Salzkammergut region. The combination of exceptional mountain, valley, and landscape views gives the house a special atmosphere.

The house extends over two floors (lower and mezzanine floors) and was last extensively renovated in 2023. It is ideal for families, active sports enthusiasts, and small groups of up to six people. Three bedrooms – carpeted – are available. Two stylish bathrooms offer modern comforts: one is equipped with a shower and bathtub combination and a bidet, while the second bathroom also has a shower and toilet. An additional toilet is also available.

The cozy living area with laminate flooring invites you to linger and is furnished with a sofa corner, comfortable armchairs, and digital satellite TV (2 devices, 35-44 inches, international channels). An additional dining area in the living room is available and offers ample space for convivial meals or a game night. The separate kitchen offers everything a culinary enthusiast could need: It is fully equipped with a 4-burner electric stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, as well as ample crockery, cutlery, and kitchen utensils.

Other amenities include laundry service, a hairdryer, a mirror, and a vacuum cleaner. Guests benefit from free Wi-Fi throughout the house and modern heating. Smoke detectors, fire extinguishers, and a private, enclosed parking space with space for two vehicles provide additional security and convenience.

Relaxation and recreation are offered on the covered terrace or in the garden with a lawn and furnished seating area. All windows have privacy screens. The view of the beautiful surroundings exudes tranquility and invites you to spend relaxing hours.

Boat rentals, rowboat rentals, fishing opportunities, and fitness options are available in the area. Botanical gardens, wellness facilities, cultural offerings, museums, churches, ruins, shopping opportunities, and restaurants are all within walking distance (nearest shops about 2 km, restaurants about 3 km, public transport about 100 m).

In case of emergency, a doctor, hospital, and bank/ATM are within easy reach. Sports activities such as golf are available within a 15 km radius.

The entire property offers privacy and security. The quiet location on the edge of the village and forest makes the house an ideal choice for those seeking relaxation, nature, and sports. A car is recommended for flexible exploration of the surrounding area, but may be unnecessary thanks to good public transport connections (100 m away).
