The Apartment Olivia by FiS - Fun in Styria welcomes you as a well-maintained, non-smoking apartment of 40 m² on the ground floor of a five-story building (built in 1970, last renovated in 2020). Located at an altitude of 900 m in Tauplitz (Bad Mitterndorf), it combines a village-like, rural setting with proximity to the forest and mountains. Enjoy pleasant mountain and landscape views, as well as a partial view of the valley; thanks to privacy screens on all windows, you can enjoy comfortable privacy. A car is recommended; public transport is approximately 700 m away, and the train station is about 1 km away. Restaurants and the village center are also about 700 m away, and shopping facilities are located approximately 7 km away in Bad Mitterndorf. A free private parking space (1 space) is available for your arrival.

The apartment is designed for up to four people and is particularly suitable for families, active travelers, and those seeking a romantic getaway. The living area, with vinyl flooring, is furnished with a sofa, armchair, and sectional sofa, and includes a dining table and lounge area. Entertainment is provided by a 35-44 inch TV with cable, digital TV connection, and international channels. Wi-Fi/internet access is available.

The open-plan kitchen flows seamlessly into the living room and is fully equipped for self-catering: a two-burner stove, microwave, refrigerator, separate freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and a full complement of kitchen utensils, dishes, and cutlery. Bed linens, towels, and tea towels are provided; in addition, a starter kit, vacuum cleaner, wardrobe, closet, chest of drawers, and other practical items such as a waste bin are available. Heating is electric. The bathroom features a shower with hot water, a sink, toilet, mirror, hairdryer, and toiletries such as soap and shampoo. Smoke detectors and fire extinguishers are provided for safety. Youth groups are not permitted.

A diverse range of leisure activities awaits you around Tauplitz: hiking, trekking, mountaineering, mountain biking, cycling, Nordic walking, and jogging are all possible, as are downhill skiing, snowboarding, cross-country skiing, tobogganing, and ice skating; the ski lift and cross-country ski track are approximately 700 meters away. Furthermore, activities such as horseback riding, carriage rides, paragliding, birdwatching, fishing, and boat trips, boat rentals, rowing, and canoeing on the surrounding lakes are available. For water sports enthusiasts: the nearest bathing beach (pebbly) at Lake Ödensee is about 12 km away, and the Mediterranean Sea is approximately 400 km away. Golfing is possible about 20 km away. Culture and excursions are also plentiful – with museums, churches, ruins, sightseeing, shopping, and a botanical garden in the area. For relaxation, an indoor (heated) pool and sauna are also available. A bank/ATM, doctor, and hospital are nearby; Salzburg Airport is approximately 100 km away.
