Apartment

The apartment is located in the heart of Graz's old town, in the pedestrian zone, in the rear building of a modernized 17th-century building. This makes it quiet despite its central location. The building is equipped with an elevator, which is located directly opposite the apartment.

The 46 m² studio apartment features a separate, fully equipped kitchen with a large refrigerator and small freezer, ceramic hob, oven, toaster, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, etc.
The separate bathroom is equipped with a large shower, a towel radiator, a washing machine, a hairdryer, and a vanity with a mirror.

The toilet is a separate room, also equipped with a vanity and a mirror.

The large living/bedroom opens onto a small balcony. The sleeping area, with a kingsize box spring bed, is separated from the rest of the room by wardrobes. The living area features a sofa bed with a coffee table, TV, Wi-Fi router, and a dining table with four chairs, which can also be used as a workspace.
