This cozy house, just 3 km from the beach in Saint-Jean-de-Monts, is the perfect place for a relaxing getaway in a welcoming atmosphere where you’ll feel right at home. The 98 m² property features a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, a bathroom, and a separate toilet, comfortably accommodating up to six guests. Amenities include Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, a TV, a fan, and a washing machine. A baby cot is also available. Please note that air conditioning and towels are not provided. Outside, you’ll enjoy a private garden, an open-air terrace, and barbecue facilities. Starting mid-June, a jacuzzi will be available and is included in your stay.



The property is close to the beach, cycling paths, forest, and a water park. A tennis court is about a 15-minute walk away. There is on-site parking and free street parking available. Pets, smoking, and events are not permitted. A storage area for motorcycles and bicycles is provided. Waste sorting instructions are available on-site.
